Vietnam is one of the countries with the highest level of biodiversity in the world, with many rare and endemic wildlife species. However, the rapid decline of wildlife populations is happening seriously due to habitat loss, hunting, illegal trade and pressure from economic development activities. In response to this situation, Center for Nature Conservation and Development (CCD) is actively implementing wildlife conservation activities across the country:
